The Village Society has dealt with everything from speeding traffic, Village entry signs, blocked drains, pot holes, the flood plain, litter ,street lights not working, road safety, traffic, vehicle parking, abandoned vehicles and of course, our main objective of alerting members about Planning Applications submitted to Woking Council that represent inappropriate development in the Green Belt, and information about other issues that might affect the village.

We also send out to members details of how to submit comments to the Council on any proposed development that might be of concern. We send bulletins to members by e-mail or paper mail alerting them to important issues.
